Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 - 7 none russet potatoes
  • none sour
  • none butter
  • none salt, pepper, steak seasoning (to taste)
  • none cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook ground beef in a pan until fully cooked. Drain the meat. Turn off the heat.
  3. Meanwhile, cube the potatoes and boil until fully cooked
  4. Return the meat to the pan. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, corn, peas, carrots, and any other vegetables you would like. Pour cheese over the top to cover the meat mixture.
  5. Pour the meat and veggie mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
  6. Make mashed potatoes-- I like to add butter, sour cream, steak seasoning, salt and pepper. Adjust according to your liking.
  7. Spread the mashed potatoes over the cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes.
