Instructions

Scald milk. Add water and then add about half of the flour. Mixture should be lukewarm. Stir in yeast.

Knead dough until it doesn’t stick to a board.

Place dough in a buttered bowl and let rise again.

Roll dough onto a floured surface, about 3/4 inch thick. Cut rolls and fold.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
