  • Fresh Mozzarella , Shredded
  • Gorgonzola
  • Ricotta
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Oregano

Instructions

  1. Make a pizza dough and stretch to a pizza round
  2. Spread olive oil on the pizza round
  3. Spread a spoonful of garlic on the olive oil
  4. Sprinkle the parmesan and mozzarella
  5. Lightly sprinkle gorgonzola
  6. Top with dollops of Ricotta, sprinkle oregano on top
