Philly Cheese Steak Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 C cold milk
  • 3 clove garlic (pressed)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 pn black pepper
  • 1 pn nutmeg
  • 1/4 C parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Make a rue
  2. Slowly add the milk
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, adding milk as needed to get a saucy consistency
  4. Spread on the pizza round

Toppings

Ingredients

  • 8 oz ribeye
  • 1/2 none green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 3-5 none mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 none sweet onion (sliced)
  • 1 C mozzarella/provolone (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Have your neighbor, Craig, pan-fry the steak, ensuring it stays rare/medium rare. Let it rest.
  2. Thinly slice the steak and add it to the pizza
  3. Sauté the peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Add to the pizza
  4. Top with cheese and bake!
