Sweet Potato Souffle

Sweet Potatoes Ingredients

• 6 cups sweet potato , cooked and mashed
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ teaspoons salt
• 2 eggs , beaten lightly
• ⅓ sticks butter , melted
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Sweet Potatoes Instructions

1. Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla.
2. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Topping Ingredients

• ⅓ cups butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cups flour
• 1 cup pecans , chopped
• 1 cup coconuts , shredded

Topping Instructions

1. Mix together topping ingredients.
2. Remove sweet potatoes from oven and sprinkle topping over top.
3. Return dish to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
