Crazy Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

This spinach artichoke dip recipe is going to be your new favorite at-home appetizer. Creamy, decadent, and always a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 10 oz chopped spinach (frozen, defrosted, and the liquid squeezed out)
  • 10 oz marinated artichoke hearts (drained, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Add in the pressed garlic and stir to combine.
  2. Add in the parmesan, 1/2 the mozzarella, spinach, and artichoke. Stir to combine.
  3. Spray a 9×9 in. baking sheet with oil and pour in the dip. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until the top is slightly bubbly. Enjoy immediately with your favorite chips or crackers!
