Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C butter
  • 2 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 3/4 C peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/2 C powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over low heat, stirring in the brown sugar.
  2. Add the milk, and bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat, add in the peanut butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
  4. Pour into a 8x8 glass pan and chill (covered) for 24 hours.
