Pretzel Salad

Pretzel Layer

Ingredients

  • 2 C pretzels (mashed)
  • 3/4 C butter
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Cream Cheese Layer

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 16 oz cool whip

Jello Layer

Ingredients

  • 2 C boiling water
  • 2 pn strawberry jello
  • 20 oz strawberries (frozen)

Instructions

  1. Mix together pretzels, butter, and sugar. Spread evenly in a 9x13 pan and press down.
  2. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375. Let cool.
  3. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in cool whip. Spread over pretzels and put in fridge.
  4. Mix jello into boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Stir and let cool slightly. Pour over the top of the cream cheese layer and put in fridge until ready to eat.
