French Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pn nutmeg
  • 3/4 C milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or pan to 325
  2. Mix all ingredients into a shallow, flat pan using a fork.
  3. Dip the bread into the batter, then lay on griddle or pan.
  4. Flip after a few minutes, then remove and serve.
