Jenn's Brownies

A classic 50 year old brownie recipe with chocolate icing

Batter

Ingredients

  • 1 C butter
  • 1/2 C cocoa
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 C sugar
  • 4 none eggs
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all brownie ingredients together
  2. Pour into 9 x 13 pan
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
  4. Check at 20 minutes

Icing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C butter (softened)
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1/4 C cocoa
  • 3 C powdered sugar
  • ds salt

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, milk, cocoa, powdered sugar, and salt together
  2. Frost brownies with icing
