Ingredients

  • 1 C flour
  • 1 C whole milk
  • 4 none eggs
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • none Powdered Sugar or Jam

Instructions

  1. Heat muffin tin in the oven at 425.
  2. Mix flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a blender for one minute. Let rest 10 minutes.
  3. Cut butter into 12 pieces. Remove pan from oven and add one piece of butter to each well.
  4. Pour batter into wells, about 1/3 cup each. Bake 12-15 minutes.
  5. Top with powdered sugar or jam.
