Curt's Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 C flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 C butter
  • 1 C milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl mixer
  2. Sprinkle flour onto a countertop and flatten out the dough with your hands till it's about 3/4" thick
  3. Use a cup to cut the dough into circles.
  4. Add the dough circles to a greased 9x9" glass pan. They should be barely touching each other.
  5. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes
