Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons medium potatoes, cooked and diced
• 1 cup mayo
• 3-4 green onions, diced
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 2 stalks celery, diced
• 4 eggs, hard boiled
•  salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Add extra mayo if the salad is dry.
