Refried Bean Dip

This quick and easy refried bean dip is cheesy and creamy and perfect with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 15.5 ounce cans refried beans
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 ounces chopped green chilies
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix all ingredients, except 1 cup of cheese and the cilantro, in a large bowl.
  3. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with cilantro.
  7. Serve with chips!
