Carrot Cake Baked Oats

A healthy baked oatmeal with carrot cake flavors, topped with cream cheese frosting

Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 C quick oats
  • 1 C rolled oats
  • 30 none g vanilla protein powder or 2 tbsp wholemeal plain flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 medium carrot grated
  • 1/4 C pecans/walnuts crushed
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey/maple syrup/alt sweetener
  • 1.5 C milk of choice (vanilla almond milk)

Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp cream cheese frosting
  • 1 Tbsp milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Combine all oatmeal ingredients together
  2. Bake in an 8x8 pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees
  3. Mix the frosting ingredients together
  4. Drizzle frosting over the top of your quarter when ready to eat
