Preparation
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, toss shredded chicken with 2 tablespoons of the sauce until lightly coated.
-
Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet for about 10 seconds , it should feel flexible but not mushy.
-
Lay a softened wrapper flat on your cutting board. Spoon a line of the sauced chicken, add a lettuce leaf, a few strips of cucumber, and shredded carrots down the center.
-
Sprinkle sesame seeds for a little texture.
-
Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up. It should look like a neat little burrito. Repeat for the rest.
-
Cut each roll in half with a sharp knife for those pretty meal cross-sections. Serve with extra Bang Bang sauce for dipping.
