Creamy White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

• 4 cups rotisserie chicken
• 1 yellow onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 ½ pounds chicken broth, low sodium
• 1 ⅞ pounds great Northern beans, drained and rinsed (2 cans)
• 8 ounces diced green chiles, 1/2 hot, 1/2 mild
• 4 ounces diced jalapeños
• 15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoons black pepper
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• ¾ teaspoons oregano
• ½ teaspoons chili powder
• ¼ teaspoons cayenne, pepper
•  small handful fresh cilantro
• 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cups half-and-half
•  salsa verde(optional)

Ingredients

•  tsp sliced jalapenos
•  sliced avocados
•  sour cream
•  minced fresh cilantro
•  tortilla strips
•  shredded Monterey jack or Mexican cheese

Instructions

1. Cook all ingredients chicken-cayenne over medium heat for 30 minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients for 5 more minutes.

3. Garnish with toppings
