Kona Banana Bread

Ingredients

• ½ cups shortening
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
• ¾ teaspoons baking soda
• ½ teaspoons salt
• 1 ¼ cups flour

Instructions

1. Cream together shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs. Stir in bananas.

2. Sift in dry ingredients and mix well.

3. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
